Hi, I’m Anna Lurot

a Senior Counselling Psychologist and an Integrative Psychotherapist offering therapy for children, young people, and adults. I specialise in areas like anxiety, depression, trauma, and autism/ADHD, and I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR and CBT to ensure the best fit for you.
